LIMITED WARRANTY. Wyld Gear warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service from the date of original receipt for the period listed below:

Soft Sided Coolers 1 Year
Stainless Steel Drinkware 90 Days
*Lifetime warranty only on the hard cooler itself: 1 Year warranty on all other parts and accessories including wheel assemblies
This warranty is your exclusive warranty and, accordingly, there are no warranties beyond what is described herein. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty only applies if purchased directly from Wyld Gear, on our website wyldgear.us, or from a third-party where Wyld Gear is the seller.
All warranty returns must be processed online at wyldgear.us and must have a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”). You are required to pay return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If it is determined that the warranty does not cover the returned item, you will be charged a return shipping fee equal to 15% of the retail value of the returned item(s) subject to a $10 minimum charge. Wyld Gear is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product. Under no circumstance will Wyld Gear be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. Wyld Gear will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler should it fail to operate as advertised.
The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to our warranty policy and return procedures. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please carefully review any online care instructions for proper use and care.
Proof of purchase must be provided upon request to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.
